Our Patent Pending TC EDGE optics provide a really REVOLUTIONARY AND UNIQUE approach to machine vision applications.
A proprietary optical technology ensures that only the rays deviated by an object's edge are imaged on the detector plane: edges are automatically extracted by the lens system without any need of software algorithms.
This technique makes it possible to enhance even the tiniest defects, particles and surface discontinuities which could not be detected by any other type of lens system.
TC EDGE optics integrate Opto Engineering® exclusive TCUV telecentric lenses, integrating edge-enhancement features, coupled with OE LTCLUV collimating sources.
The optical system also integrates OE mounting mechanics and is supplied as a prealigned full optical set.
